DELIVERY CHARGES
To mainland UK addresses Orders under £150.00 will be charged at £4.95
Orders over £150.00 will be delivered free.

LEAD TIMES
Deliveries to addresses in mainland UK will be via Parcel Force and should be within 5 working days from time of order. Late delivery does not entitle the customer to refuse or cancel the order. No deliveries will be made to PO Box numbers. Next Day deliveries can be arranged and charges will be advised at time of order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The customers signature on the delivery note confirms the goods have been received complete and undamaged. Damaged or incomplete parcels should be refused.
RETURNS POLICY
The Forest Floor guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the goods within 7 days of delivery a full refund or credit note will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. The cost of return will be covered by the customer, and we strongly recommend some form of recorded delivery.
PAYMENT TERMS
When paying by credit card, the first order must be delivered to the same address as that of the cardholder.
When paying by Paypal, the first order must be to a confirmed delivery address.
